Project 1542
Project 1542 is the newest Recovery In Action sober house, located at 1542 30th Street in the Drake Neighborhood. RIA sober houses provide a safe and structured environment for men in early recover.
This project will not only fulfill that mission, it will also help bring a change in the appearance of the neighborhood. By purchasing this fire damaged house, that the city of Des Moines condemned in 2013, RIA will turn an eyesore into a beautiful home.
